SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL, USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 4 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at kayellessentials@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Use of Oils from Different Brands*
Customers are free to use essential oils from different brands with our diffusers. However, we do not take responsibility for any damage or malfunction caused by using oils from other brands. If we receive a returned diffuser that has been used with oils from another brand and is found to be damaged or malfunctioning, a $20 restocking fee will apply to process the return.
